She is survived by: her husband Leroy "Joe" Simmons; her sons, Charles Simmons (Cecila) and Walter Simmons (Kathy); her granddaughters, Kristi and Kati Simmons; her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Jonathon and Mallory Hogsett; and her siblings, Roland Kotzke Jr. (Isabell), Jim Kotzke and Ruth Duckworth (David).
