We bid farewell to Christian Mascov of Saint Joseph, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 2, 2025 at the age of 69. Christian touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Christian shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christian farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentin Mascov and Maria Mascov. He is survived by: his wife Raluca Mascov; his son Mihail Mascov (Alexis); his grandchildren, Alistar Schomaker and Nicolai Mascov; and his brother Eugen Mascov.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Annunciation & St. Agia Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church (18000 Behner Rd, New Buffalo, MI 49117). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

“I would like to extend my condolences to the family and friends of Christian. I worked with Christian at LECO. Our last task working together was replacing transformers on some of the equipment under production. He seemed to talk about his cooking and his garden. Those meals sure sounded good. I retired from LECO 2 and a half years ago. Again, prays for the family and his friends. Christian was a great friend.”
