He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Gladych and Helen Gladych (Glanc); and his siblings, Phyllis Camille Bery and Terrance Gladych. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Elaine Kubik; his daughters, Kathryn Machniak (Scott) of Adrian, Chris Gladych of Ypsilanti and Yvonne Machniak (John) of Saline; his grandchildren, Matthew Machniak (Jana), Sarah Machniak, Andrea Machniak, Anthony Machniak (Sarah) and Emily Machniak; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Machniak, Benaiah Machniak and Caleb Machniak. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Norman's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Foundation for the Blind.
