He was predeceased by : his parents, William Palmer and Pearl Palmer (Kenny); and his siblings, William Palmer and Patricia Wendell. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Behr; his sons, Paul Palmer (Tammy) and Robert Todd Palmer (Andrea); his grandchildren, Colton Palmer (Alexis), Connor Palmer and Sage Palmer; his half-sister Eleanor Ireland; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Palmer.
