He is survived by: his wife Keri Franklin; his children, Bradley Franklin, James Franklin, Janet Franklin and RaeAnn Franklin; his stepdaughters, Kaylee Riffey and Chelsea Riffey; and his siblings, Jan Rhodes, Ron Franklin, Rick Franklin and Ross Franklin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
