Stella R. DePlonty Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stella R. DePlonty of Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar DePlonty and Stella "Loretta" DePlonty (Grexton); and her siblings, Milton DePlonty, Marion Reid, Madeleine Chandler, Wallace DePlonty, Wilma Cartwright Bertram, Betty DePlonty and John DePlonty.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Lonna and Mike Ferraro; her sister Annie Bottrell; and her sister-in-law Teri DePlonty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Family Life Funeral Homes - Sault Ste (4951 M-129, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
