Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sandra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernhard Pedersen and Thelma Pedersen (King); and her husband Aaron Lynn Cowles. She is survived by: her sons, David (Erica) of New Market, TN, Steven (Chris) of Vicksburg, MI and Eric (Ruth) of Scotts, MI.; her grandchildren, Nancy, Kathryn Cowles, Brian, Zakk Goodwin and Jordan Miller; and her sister Selma Schuring of Battle Creek.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeland Reformed Church (10442 S Sprinkle Rd, Vicksburg, MI 49097). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
