She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Welch; and her parents, Cecil Haslock and Adeline Haslock. She is survived by: her children, John Welch (Peggy), Patrick J. Welch (Beverly A.), David R. Welch, MaryBeth Ciemniak (Paul) and Robert Welch (Karen); and her brother Edward Haslock (Carol). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
