She was predeceased by: her father Albert O. Provencher; her stepfather Harold K. Hood; her brothers-in-law, Richard and Raymond Insardi; and her close friend Melissa Murray.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen R. Insardi; her sons, Angelo S. Insardi and Anthony J. Insardi; her mother Beverly Jean Provencher-Hood; her siblings, Keith Provencher (Patty), Kory Provencher (Rona), Kelly Young (Mark), Kris Wynn (Tony) and Karlee Provencher; her brothers-in-law, Andrew Insardi, Daniel Insardi (Patricia), David Insardi (Trisha) and Philip Insardi; and her friends, Luana Luckhard and Lisa Robertson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; other extended family.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
