He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Vidal and Dorothy Irene Kelley (Horn); his wife Frances; and his brothers, Duane Kelley and Terry Kelley.

He is survived by : his children, Dorothy Martin (Steve) of Shepherd, Lucinne Kelley of Shepherd and Steven Kelley of Clare; and his sisters, Yvonne Foster (Skip) of Sunfield, Ann McCune (Gary) of Charlotte and Doreen Kelley. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
