She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon; her siblings, Carlton Puffpaff, Fredrick Puffpaff and Eloise; and her parents, Carl Puffpaff and Alta Puffpaff (Swartz).
She is survived by: her sons, Allen Petersen (Ruth) of Lakeview, Daniel Petersen of Stanton and Joel Petersen (Lori) of Stanton; her grandchildren, Andrew Petersen (Evi) of Lakeview, James Petersen (Elisheba) of Munising, John Petersen (Emily) of Hazard, Tatiana Middaugh (Robert) of Mecosta, Olga Decker (Luke) of Remus, Dmitry Petersen (Mackenzie) of Joliet, Marie Musser (Chad) of Stanton, Michelle Russell of Greenville, Mandy Hanline (Luke) of Stanton, Kendra Peak (Tim) of Martin, Ashley Robbins (Caleb) of Stanton and Ryan Petersen (Mandi) of Crystal; her sisters, Marie Dunlap (Duane) of Grand Haven and Carolyn Larson of Ravenna, Nebraska; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Puffpaff of Stanton and Margaret Puffpaff of Crystal. She is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nevins Lake Church (837 S Nevins Rd, Stanton, MI 48888). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
