He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Berglund and Evangeline Berglund (Peterson); his brother Raymond Berglund; and his granddaughter Angel Lee-Ann Berglund. He is survived by: his wife Vonda; his son Lee Everett Berglund II (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Colten Berglund of Skandia and Connor Berglund of Skandia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Skandia Lions Club.
