She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvester Allen and Julia Allen (Seguin); her siblings, Duane and Patricia; her husbands, Thomas Hantz and Leland Reif; and her son-in-law Leo Richer.

She is survived by : her children, Alene Colvin (Steve), Susan High (John), Ken Hantz (Suzette), David Hantz (Jennifer), Donald Hantz (Kim), Kathy Evans (Mike), Betty Jean Richer, Julieanne McDaniel (Vaughn), Geraldine Barber (Aaron) and Warren Hantz (Gail); and her close friend Reilly. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
