He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Mae Hoffman (Wright). He is survived by: his wife Wanda of Snover; and his sons, Wendell Hoffman, Mark Hoffman (Debra) of Plainville and Glen Hoffman (Eleanor). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews.
