He is survived by: his parent Carolyne Woodhams (Uitvlugt); his significant other Nikki Eldridge; his children, Colt Maxwell, Lennon Memphis, Bodie Grant Woodhams (Due) and Rowynn Lucille Eldridge; his siblings, Victor III Woodhams (Charlotte) and Eliza Cummer (Ray); his grandparents, Tim Neill, Jake Uitvlugt (Barb), Diana Uitvlugt (Leon Murphy) and Gene; his nephews, Victor IV, CJ Woodhams and Ray Cummer III; his in-laws, Mike and Stephanie Koby; and his uncle Jacob Uitvlugt (Laura).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Josiah may be directed to his parents V. James Jr. and Carolyne Woodhams to benefit Josiah's children or will also be received at Yankee Boy Restaurant in South Boardman.
