He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Coulter and Catherine Coulter (Decker). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maxwell; his siblings, Bill Coulter (Connie) of Paola and Cheryl Herzog of Wardsville, Missouri; his sons, Jeff Coulter of Otsego, Joe Coulter of Scotts and Shawn Coulter of South Haven, Michigan; and his pets, Chelsea and Mitzy. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces.
