She was predeceased by : her parents, Junie Maddox and Marzie Maddox (Pearson); her stepfather William Roscoe Pearson; and her siblings, Rocky Pearson and Dorothy Maddox.
She is survived by : her son Walter Maddox (Mary); her grandson Wryen Maddox; her siblings, Cubie Maddox of Hawaii and Laura White of Indianapolis; her nieces, L'Tonya Anthony (Andre), Terri Sharpe, Chaneca White, Sherrese White and Rachel White; and her sister-in-law Barbara Rose. She is also survived by seven great-nieces, three great-nephews, two great-great nieces.
