With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Hawkes of South Haven, Michigan, born in Richwood, West Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2020 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jim Hawkes to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Edna Hawkes (Bragg) and William Hawkes; and his brother Kim Mihalek. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn of South Haven; his sons, Jon (Jackie) of Hastings, David (Cheryl) of Plainwell and Bob (Jodi) of Plainwell; his great grandchild Jack Hawkes; his siblings, Tom (Charlene) of Kalamazoo, Mike (Linda) of Thornton, Colorado and Twila Calder (Phil) of Herriman, Utah.; the mother of his children Marilyn Engberts (Jim) of Kalamazoo; and also Milan. He is also survived by 17 loving grandchildren.
