He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Cyrus Grimes and Adeline Grimes (Covey); his son Joshua Grimes; his brother Edward Solarski; his son Jacob Grimes (Aeria) of South Haven; his grandchildren, Josh Grimes, Kadyn Hoyt and Avery Hoyt; his siblings, Donna Nequist of South Haven, Carol Audette (Rick) of Kalamazoo and Michael Grimes of South Haven; and his former life partner Julie Weber (Ted) of South Haven.
