He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Blaise and Stella Kuc (Czereczon); his wife Linda Joyce Cook; his brother Szczepan Kuc (Janina Kuc); and his pet Autumn.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Lisa Marie Rothman (Joshua) and Casimir "Cass" Walter Cook II (Deanna); his grandchildren, Jacob Rothman, Jared Rothman, Daphne Cook and Gideon Cook; and his siblings, Zuzanna Piekos, Jozef Kuc and Mary Kuc.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old St. Patricks Catholic Church (5671 Whitmore Lake Rd, Whitmore Lake, MI 48105).
