It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mykola Pyrtula (Southfield, Michigan), who passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander and Anastasia; and his siblings, Tanya and Stephan. He is survived by: his wife Halyna; his daughters, Natalie, Lisa and Clarissa; and his grandchildren, Alexandra (Jason Baker), Stephanie and Gabriel.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral (21931 Evergreen Rd, Southfield, MI 48075).
