He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie. He is survived by: his wife Faith Eddy of Sparta; his sons, William (Deb Eddy), Phillip (Lisa Eddy), Chris (Becky Eddy) and Randy (Barb Eddy); his stepson Brian Rogers of Georgia; his grandchildren, Christy, Mylee, Jessica, Madison, Emily, Tyler, Trexton and Trace; his close friends, Laura, Jim Sjostrom, Mike Johnson and Jennifer Lampert; and his parents-in-law, Jay, Tammy and Kevin Hollinshead. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 3 siblings.
