Ruth Wierenga Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Wierenga (Spring Lake, Michigan), who passed away on September 19, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew VanDyke and Hattie VanDyke (Faber); her son Andrew; her son-in-law Terry Rodrigues; and her siblings, Ann Swiers, Martin VanDyke, Jenny Hook, Jessie Sal, Sara Koning and John VanDyke.
She is survived by: her husband George E. Wierenga of Spring Lake; her children, Debra Rodrigues of Spring Lake, Edward Wierenga (Debra) of Spring Lake and Betty Leech (Phil) of Spring Lake; and her grandchildren, Kurt Rodrigues, Dawn Buzzell (Kevin), Jeff Wierenga (Renee White), Juli Holmes (Nick) and Keith Wilcoxson. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
