It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bernard Ankney (Springport, Michigan), who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Bernard and Mary Lou Ankney. He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Hughes (John) and Jane Bauer (Kevin); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Stiles, Jennifer Fergason (Mark), Janie Reynolds (Patrick), Kayln Bauer, John Hughes IV and Kevin Bauer Jr. (Savannah). He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
