She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Blum and Francis Blum. She is survived by : her husband Ken Van Horn; her children, Malissa Colvin (Lloyd) of Broken Arrow, Carla Spanbauer (Dennis) of Lewisville, Kendra Raines (Matthew) of Crystal, Jairod Johnson (Richelle), Justin Johnson, Kayla Munoz, Chelsey Allen (Josh), Sidney Spanbauer, Brandon Wale, Ashley Spanbauer, Evan Raines and Emelia Raines; and her siblings, Cherie Moore (Dave), Ronald Blum (Judy) and Terry Blum (Annette).
