He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Horn and Mary Horn (Warner); and his brothers, Leonard Horn, Jim Horn and Bill Horn.
He is survived by : his children, Debbie Walcott (Mike) of Comstock Park, Dean and John Horn (Carrie) of Stanton; his grandchildren, Kylie Harkness (Keegen), Isabel Horn and Tyler Walcott; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Horn, Lois Horn and Marilyn Horn.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations in Ray's memory be directed to Sparrow Home Hospice.
