She is survived by: her children, Jerry Czykalowskyj (Anna), Daria Adamkiewicz (Frank), Lesia Czykalowskyj Bachman (Bill) and Irka Hatfield (Ray); her grandchildren, Slavko, Natalka, Tamara, Jamie, Kristy, Aaron, Laura and Billy; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, AnnaLiese, Jackson and Vincent.
