It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen Gail Auman of Sterling Heights, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Allan Rutz and Kathryn Rutz; her husband Ronald Auman; her children, Kelly Curtis, Rick Auman, Stacy Henstock and Wendy Pikarski (Phillip); her siblings, Connie Kortan (Eddie) and Edward Rutz (late Joyce); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Curtis, Christopher Curtis, Ryan Henstock, Ashley Hiller (Kyle) and Crys Pikarski. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, a private service will take place at Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home by invite only.
