He was predeceased by: his parents, Irena Grzesiak (Szymanek) and Edward Grzesiak. He is survived by: his daughter Kasia (Slawomir Suchocki); his wife Maria (Pietrzak); his daughter Honorata Grzesiak-Socha; his grandchildren, Damian, Erika, Kristian and Adrianna; his sister Halina (Witold Kedzierski); and his sibling's children, Marzena and Iwona.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his intention to Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church would be greatly appreciated.
