She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Antonio; her children, Vito Graziano (Karen) and Biagio Graziano (Joanna); her grandchildren, Sam Graziano (Becca), Lauren Graziano (Adam Wingfeld), Leah Fielder (Brennan), Marie Graziano, Ashley Graziano, Paul Graziano and Mathew Graziano; and her great grandchild Anna Graziano.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Pauline's honor would be appreciated to Breast Cancer Association of Michigan or to the American Heart Association.
