She is survived by: her children, Kevin Zebracki (Jacqueline) and Linette Zebracki; her granddaughters, Kari Walker (Scott), Jessica Muñiz (Luis) and Emily Zebracki (Argent Palumbo); her great grandchildren, Nicholas Muñiz, Cecilia Muñiz and Leo Palumbo; and her sister Mary Ann Torchala (Norbert).
In leiu of flowers donations in Theresa's honor are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
