She is survived by: her husband Mike Hurst; her sons, Ryan Hurst (Dana), Keith Hurst (Michelle) and Travis Hurst; her grandchildren, Logan, Layla, Keigan, Bronson and Cameron; her sister Becki Terrell (John); and her mother-in-law Janice Hurst.
