She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Rubley and Edith Rubley (Strong); her former husband Buford Barnett; her husband Victor Wygant; her grandson Larry Barnett; her siblings, Ruby Kehoe, Dorothy Rubley, Marshall Rubley, Richard Rubley and Worthy Rubley; and her stepson Scot Wygant.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Tate (Andy) of Sturgis, Larry Barnett (Carol) of Sturgis and Michael Barnett (Lorraine) of Sturgis; her stepchildren, Vickie Reinoehl (Randy) of Sturgis and Thomas Wygant (Birgit) of Athens; and her sister Phyllis Smoker of Bronson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
