With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy Scott Adams of Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on March 22, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Duane and Shirley Mae Adams (Notestine); and his brothers, Duane, Charles and Bruce Adams.

He is survived by : his children, Jasmine Rodzankas of Fort Worth, Texas and Joshua Adams of Middlebury, Indiana; his former life partner Rhonda Hummel of Delphi, Indiana; his grandchildren, Andrew, Dalton, Jacob, Champayne, Jamal, Ethan and Ariel; and his brother Douglas Adams of Sturgis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations would be appreciated to the Neurofibromatosis Network PO Box 1530, Wheaton, IL 60187.
