He was predeceased by: his wife Toyoko "Mary" Frank; and his siblings, Donna Carter and Wesley Frank. He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Frank and Geneva Frank (Loroff); his children, Nancy A. Backus (Don) of Kentwood, Ruth E. Thole of Lansing, Arlene S. Thole (Bill) of Newago and Neal Frank of Sunfield; his brother Darrel Frank of Lansing; and his sister-in-law Marlene Frank of Higgins Lake.
