It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Mead of Suttons Bay, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Finis Smith and Olivia Smith; her husband Gordon Dick Mead; and her grandson Ryan Tracy. She is survived by : her daughters, Laura Clekis (Terry) of Bradenton, FL, Victoria Hurst (John) of Maple City and Teresa Tokie (David) of Traverse City; her grandchildren, Jessica Grant (Jacob), Chelsea Clekis, Dustin Tracy, Ian Hurst, Elijah Gordon Hurst, A. J. Tokie, Megan Kenny (Patrick) and Alex Tokie; her great grandchildren, Damian Tracy Reed, Autumn Tracy, Warren Kenny, Fiona Kenny and Ellie Grant; and her sisters, Barbara Tite (William) and Norma Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials/donations be sent to Immanual Lutheran Church, PO Box 206, Suttons Bay, MI 49682 in support of the group Quilting Bee-lievers.
