She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Slenzak and Edna Olga Slenzak (McMillan); and her brother Michael Jay Slenzak. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dawn Slenzak; her nephews, Richard Slenzak and Ryan Slenzak (Brenda); her great-nephews, Mersed Garcia, Michael Slenzak and Bradley Slenzak; and her great-niece Carissa Slenzak.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillside Church (1116 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crestwood Memorial Cemetery (2020 E Hill Rd, Grand Blanc, MI 48439).
