She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Imlay. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Forystek; her children, Sienna, Justin, Ayden, Ian and Ayla; her siblings, Pamela Hack (Tim), Jerry Imlay and Dean Marlo; her grandchildren, Donnie and Demi; and her close friend Michelle Campeau.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Carin's family.
