We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2020, at the age of 69, Phillip Owen of Tecumseh, Michigan, born in Lewisburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Martha Owen; and his sister Melissa Owen. He is survived by: his wife Anita A. Jackson; his children, Amy Hayes, Phillip M. Owen, Jr. (Julie) and Daniel Owen; his grandchildren, Kiera Hall, Cody Straits, Jordan Owen, Trevor Owen and Kaylee Owen; and his siblings, Debbie Rogers (Phil), Steve Owen (Ebra), James Owen (Helen), Troy Wells and Tracy Wells.
