He was predeceased by: his parents, Lazaro Ortiz Alaniz and Josefina Alaniz (Rodriquez). He is survived by: his wife June; his sons, Lee Andrews of Union and Justin Andrews of Adrian; his grandchildren, Brook Andrews, Ian Andrews and Leah Bennett (Joshua); his great grandchild Owen Bennett; his siblings, Elena Davila of San Antonio, TX, Linda Guzman of Adrian, Bertha Cook (Mike) of Adrian, Lazaro Alaniz of Tecumseh, Angel Alaniz (Beverly) of Petersburg, Cecila Alverez (Michael) of Texas, Sylvia Betz (James) of Adrian, Susanna Van Natter (Michael) of Tecumseh, Victoria DeLeon (Daniel) of Plesantan and Eugene Alaniz (Norma) of Carrizo Springs, Texas.; and his nephew Richard Galindo (Tracy) of San Antonio, Texas..
