Fosgate of Temperance, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Erwin Ottis and Blanche May Fosgate (Rowell); his wife Marjorie; and his daughters, Cynthia Marie, Brenda Kay, Julie Ann, Anita Louise and Bonnie Sue. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
