Benfield, Jr.; her sons, Rex Benfield (Kristin) of Free Soil and Ned Benfield (Linn) of Traverse City; her grandchildren, Jay Benfield (Christine) of Stafford, Daniel Benfield of Traverse City and Elia Benfield of Traverse City; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Zachary, Joshua, Matthew, Liam and Thomas; and her sister Noreen. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephew.
