She is survived by: her children, John (Anne) of Traverse City, Michigan., Tom (Marcy) of Traverse City, Michigan. and Mary Wall (Barry) of Traverse City, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Jessica Geetings (Ryan), Andy Welburn (Sarah), Scott Welburn (Dallas), Forrest Kreider, Nick Kreider (Katie Bethel) and Rich Ruelas (Alexia); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Addison, Austin, Autumn Geetings, Riley, Logan Welburn, Grey Welburn, Enzo, Mateo and Alena Ruelas.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Grand Traverse Land Conservancy in memory of Polly Welburn, supporting a cause that was dear to her heart.
