He is survived by : his spouse Judith; his children, Michael Mackens (Suzie), Lori Whiteside (Jeff), Zachery, Amy, Reed, David and Chloe; his great grandchild Lincoln; and his siblings, Dewey Mackens, Ralf Mackens (Bonnie) and Judy Mackens.
