She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Makarewicz and Blanche Makarewicz; her husband Bert; her children, Joyce Curyla and Bernie Chase; and her siblings, Hattie, Pauline, Clara, Pearl, Monica, Adele, Susan, Ted, Leo, Kise and Isadore.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Chase (Cathy) and Perry Chase (Debbie); and her brother Joe. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
