She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Hawk and Lillian Hawk; and her siblings, Shirley Hotchkiss, Donald Hawk, Ronald Hawk and William Hawk.

She is survived by: her husband Albert Ray Salyers; and her siblings, Betty Williams, Kenneth Hawk and Dennis Hawk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
