He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia Krencicki. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Douglas, Thomas (Cynthia Lee), Jeffrey, Paul, Michael (Debbie), Alfonso Cusimano (Jenny) and Mark Cusimano (Valerie); and his sisters, Carol Sugrue (Jeremiah) and Elaine Maderal. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation at church begins at 10:30 a. m. Masks and social distancing required.
