She is survived by: her son Steve; her son-in-law Tom; her great grandchild Brooke; her sister Tammy; her sister-in-law Betty; her husband Kenneth Burgess; her children, Stephen Burgess and Kristi Jaworski (Tom); her siblings, Larry Caldwell (Faith), Jack Caldwell (Betty), Dixie and Tamara Caldwell; her grandchildren, David, Krista Burgess, Brittany, Braden and Brooke Jaworski; and her siblings' children, Kimberly Legree (Brad), Laura Hisey (Todd), Mark Caldwell (Jennifer), Sean Caldwell (Buffie) and Van (Amy).
