He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Miller Sr. (Patrick Leroy); his children, Sherrill Lynn Burke and Linda Lee Graham (Daniel); his grandson Thomas Lambert Miller; and his father Earl Lynn Miller Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Alice Elizabeth Miller; his daughters, Gloria Jean Griggs (Charles), Margaret Rochelle Murphy (Don), Deborah Ann Miller and Donna Lyn Zarb (Paul); his grandchildren, Kimberly Jane Marshall, Tina Marie Dempsey, Paul Anthony Sikorski, Robert Edward Taylor, Jamie Marie Thorpe, Jared Adam Zarb and Brandon Paul Zarb; and his brother Robert Paul "Poon" Miller Sr. (Florence). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to restrictions from the COVID-19 outbreak, visitation is limited to 25 people at a time.
