He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Mae Osborne; his son Joseph Don Osborne; his sister Helen Schigur; and his grandsons, Coy Osborne and Joe Osborne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Leonard (Bill) of Olympia and Sandra Swearingen (Tom) of Lake Orion, Michigan; his daughter-in-law Eileen Osborne of Northern Michigan; and his siblings, Jean White, Bob Osborne, John Osborne (Leslie) and Harold "Sandy" Osborne (Windola). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Alzheimers and Dementia Research.
